The Board of Trustees
Danamon Peduli Foundation is led by the Board of Trustees consisting of prominent leaders in the society who are concerned about Indonesian development, as well as CEO of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk as the founders of the Foundation. The Board of Trustees have the rights to appoint and terminate the Board of Trustees and the Board of Management; to decide on general policy of the foundation based on the Articles of Association; to approve the audited financial statements, the annual report, the proposed yearly budget and the proposed yearly work plan submitted by the Board of Management, endorsed by the Board of Supervisors..
The Board of Supervisors
The Board of Supervisors consists of Commissioner and Directors representing Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. The Board of Supervisors oversees the performance of the Board of Management as well as decides on the compensation of the Chair of the Board of Management based on the authority delegated by the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Management
The Board of Management consists of Senior Officers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and is chaired by an externally recruited Chairperson/Executive Director. The Board of Management manages the Foundation to achieve the vision and mission of Danamon Peduli Foundation in improving the environment, economic and social conditions of Indonesian society.
The Board of Management represents, acts for, and on behalf of the Foundation to implement the yearly work plan and budget approved by the Board of Trustees, with the Board of Supervisors’ oversight.
The Executive Office
The Executive Office is a lean and simple organization, staffed by professionals. The Executive Office primarily conducts preparatory ground work, which involves facilitating dialogues, surveys and studies; setting up program frameworks and guidelines; and conducting public outreach. In particular, the Executive Office engages multi-stakeholders to implement the Foundation’s programs.
